Hi, My Name is Shannon Farrington.

For the last year, I have been Senior Director of WHS and Early Intervention and Wellbeing for the ACT Education Directorate (almost 100 schools) and found it rewarding to know that some of the work my team and I achieved in the Safe at School Taskforce made schools safe places for educators, support staff, and children.

Experience matters. With over a decade of safety leadership across various industries, I'm here to help you prioritise workplace safety.

Who We Are

We Are a Veteran Owned Business

Safety and the elements of the legislation are my weird passion, but my cup is filled when I know I’ve left a site/workplace/office in a state where it’s unlikely that the workplace will ever have to face a grieving partner, mother, father, or leave children without a parent. I’ve seen it. I’ve seen the looks on the other worker’s faces too.
